"Adventures in Sedition" is the tagline for PT Cruiser's blog, which is well worth reading. As a trusted lieutenant and unindicted co-conspirator of the free speech movement, his turf is the San Francisco - San Mateo corridor, which he keeps updated regularly.
Having done this for awhile now, he's figured out the best spots and can reach out to a million or more drivers per week in just a few minutes of spare time. Pretty much anyone can expect the same results in any large city after a few postings... but first you've got to paint the signs.
