Slideshow from DC

Slideshow Here

-- A friend in Baltimore turned me on to freewayblogging. Like so many people I've been frustrated and feeling like I had no voice. The first one I did was a big deal. It took me a while to build up the courage to attach a giant "Impeach" sign over the Capitol Beltway but it was a great thrill. Throughout the morning rush hour at least 60,000 people saw it. I drive for a living so I'm on the road all the time; freewayblogging is practically routine by now but no less exciting.

Freewayblogging has three major effects: it makes people think, it enrages some, and to others it sends the message that you are not alone. That's why it's so important to take photos of the signs we put up. Though less people see these on the internet than on the highway, it's encouraging to be hooked in with this nationwide network of people who feel like I do and are doing something about it. -- Washington DC
