As should be obvious by now, I'm not a big believer in holding signs. Why stand around holding a sign on one freeway when you can be driving around putting up signs on all of them?
Also, holding signs is an invitation to getting hassled by cops...

Ooooh, big strong trooper scaring the little girl.
I think the trooper started getting conciliatory when he figured out this guy was a lawyer. If it had been FB he would have gone to jail on some bullshit charge like disturbing the peace.
I bet that trooper is thinking, "Note to self: Never harass lawyers whose sons are serving in Iraq."
That was costly for him, what a bonehead.
