PT in SF

This is the work of PT Cruiser, whom I've met several times now. He's a soft-spoken gentlemen, with a wife and two kids and a sense of what Hemingway termed "The dignity of an iceberg..." that being that nine-tenths of its being lies beneath the surface. The only thing about him that's important to this government or its citizenry, however, is that he has an overhead projector and he knows how to use it.
