ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliments. I put this up for International Human Rights Day. There was a demo downtown for it, and I wanted to educate commuters and encourage the protesters. I made it using plastic roll tablecloth from a party supply store (you can order on line also. Painted using ordinary house paint, red for high visibility.
